BNS Section 108 — Abetment of suicide

यदि कोई व्यक्ति आत्महत्या करता है, तो जो कोई ऐसी आत्महत्या का दुष्प्रेरण करता है, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने का भी दायी होगा ।

If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
