BNS Section 202 — Public servant unlawfully engaging in trade

जो कोई, लोक सेवक होते हुए और ऐसे लोक सेवक के नाते इस बात के लिए वैध रूप से आबद्ध होते हुए कि वह व्यापार में न लगे, व्यापार में लगता है, वह सादा कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, या सामुदायिक सेवा से, दंडित किया जाएगा ।

Whoever, being a public servant, and being legally bound as such public servant not to engage in trade, engages in trade, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both or with community service.
