BNS Section 292 — Punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for

जो कोई, किसी ऐसे मामले में लोक न्यूसेन्स करता है जो इस संहिता द्वारा अन्यथा दण्डनीय नहीं है, वह जुर्माने से, जो एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दण्डित किया जाएगा ।
Official text
Whoever commits a public nuisance in any case not otherwise punishable by this Sanhita shall be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
