BNSS Section 264 — Conviction on plea of guilty

यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होने का अभिवाक् करता है तो मजिस्ट्रेट उस अभिवाक् को लेखबदूध करेगा और उसके आधार पर उसे, स्वविवेकानुसार, दोषसिद्ध कर सकेगा ।

If the accused pleads guilty, the Magistrate shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
