BNSS Section 465 — Who may issue warrant

किसी दंडादेश के निष्पादन के लिए प्रत्येक वारंट या तो उस न्यायाधीश या मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा, जिसने दंडादेश पारित किया है या उसके पद-उत्तरवर्ती द्वारा जारी किया जा सकेगा ।

Every warrant for the execution of a sentence may be issued either by the Judge or Magistrate who passed the sentence, or by his successor-in-office.
