BNSS Section 512 — Defect or error not to make attachment unlawful

इस संहिता के अधीन की गई कोई कुर्की ऐसी किसी त्रुटि के कारण या प्ररूप के अभाव के कारण विधिविरुद्ध न समझी जाएगी जो समन, दोषसिद्धि, कुर्की की रिट या तत्संबंधी अन्य कार्यवाहियों में हुई है और न उसे करने वाला कोई व्यक्ति अतिचारी समझा जाएगा ।

No attachment made under this Sanhita shall be deemed unlawful, nor shall any person making the same be deemed a trespasser, on account of any defect or want of form in the summons, conviction, writ of attachment or other proceedings relating thereto.
