BNSS Section 526 — Practising advocate not to sit as Magistrate in certain Courts

कोई अधिवक्ता, जो किसी मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय में विधि-व्यवसाय करता है, उस न्यायालय में या उस न्यायालय की स्थानीय अधिकारिता के भीतर किसी न्यायालय में मजिस्ट्रेट के तौर पर नहीं बैठेगा ।

No advocate who practices in the Court of any Magistrate shall sit as a Magistrate in that Court or in any Court within the local jurisdiction of that Court.
