BSA Section 144 — Cross-examination of person called to produce a document

किसी दस्तावेज को प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समनित व्यक्ति केवल इस तथ्य के कारण कि वह उसे प्रस्तुत करता है साक्षी नहीं हो जाता जब तक कि वह साक्षी के तौर पर बुलाया नहीं जाता, उसकी प्रतिपरीक्षा नहीं की जा सकती ।

A person summoned to produce a document does not become a witness by the mere fact that he produces it, and cannot be cross-examined unless and until he is called as a witness.
