BSA Section 43 — Opinion as to usages, tenets, etc., when relevant

जब न्यायालय को--
(1) मनुष्यों के किसी निकाय या कुटुम्ब की प्रथाओं और सिद्धांतों के ; (1) किसी धार्मिक या पूर्त प्रतिष्ठान के गठन और शासन के ; (ो) विशिष्ट जिलों या विशिष्ट वर्गों के लोगों द्वारा प्रयुक्त शब्दों या पदों के अर्थ के बारे में राय बनानी हो, तब उनके संबंध में, ज्ञान के विशेष साधन रखने वाले व्यक्तियों की रायें, सुसंगत तथ्य हैं ।

When the Court has to form an opinion as to—
(i) the usages and tenets of any body of men or family;
(ii) the constitution and governance of any religious or charitable foundation; or
(iii) the meaning of words or terms used in particular districts or by particular classes of people, the opinions of persons having special means of knowledge thereon, are relevant facts.
