BSA Section 84 — Presumption as to powers-of-attorney

न्यायालय यह उपधारित करेगा कि प्रत्येक ऐसा दस्तावेज, जिसका मुख्तारनामा होना और नोटरी पब्लिक या किसी न्यायालय, न्यायाधीश, मजिस्ट्रेट, भारतीय कौंसल या उप-कौंसल या केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्रतिनिधि के समक्ष निष्पादित होना और उसके द्वारा अधिप्रमाणीकृत होना तात्पर्यित है, ऐसे निष्पादित और अधिप्रमाणीकृत किया गया था ।

Official text

The Court shall presume that every document purporting to be a power-of-attorney, and to have been executed before, and authenticated by, a Notary Public, or any Court, Judge, Magistrate, Indian Consul or Vice-Consul, or representative of the Central Government, was so executed and authenticated.
