कोई व्यक्ति राज्यपाल नियुक्त होने का पात्र तभी होगा जब वह भारत का नागरिक है और पैंतीस वर्ष की आय पूरी कर चूका है ।

No person shall be eligible for appointment as Governor unless he is a citizen of India and has completed the age of thirty-five years.
