COI Article 218 — Application of certain provisions relating to Supreme Court to High Courts
अनुच्छेद 218 — उच्चतम न्यायालय से संबंधित कुछ उपबंधों का उच्च न्यायालयों को लागू होना

अनुच्छेद 24 के खंड (4) और खंड (5) के उपबंध, जहां-जहां उनमें उच्चतम न्यायालय के प्रति निर्देश है वहां-वहां उच्च न्यायालय के प्रति निर्देश प्रतिस्थापित करके, उच्च न्यायालय के संबंध में वैसे ही लागू होंगे जैसे वे उच्चतम न्यायालय के संबंध में लागू होते हैं ।

The provisions of clauses (4) and (5) of article 124 shall apply in relation to a High Court as they apply in relation to the Supreme Court with the substitution of references to the High Court for references to the Supreme Court.
