COI Article 247 — Power of Parliament to provide for the establishment of certain additional courts
अनुच्छेद 247 — कछ अतिरिक्त न्यायालयों की स्थापना का उपबंध करने की संसद की शक्ति

इस अध्याय में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, संसद् अपने द्वारा बनाई गई विधियों के या किसी विद्यमान विधि के, जो संघ सूची में प्रगणित विषय के संबंध में है, अधिक अच्छे प्रशासन के लिए अतिरिक्त न्यायालयों की स्थापना का विधि द्वारा उपबंध कर सकेगी।

Notwithstanding anything in this Chapter, Parliament may by law provide for the establishment of any additional courts for the better administration of laws made by Parliament or of any existing laws with respect to a matter enumerated in the Union List.
