अनुच्छेद 355 — बाहय आक्रमण और आंतरिक अशांति से राज्य की संरक्षा करने का संघ का कर्तव्य

संघ का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह बाहय आक्रमण और आंतरिक अशान्ति से प्रत्येक राज्य की संरक्षा करे और प्रत्येक राज्य की सरकार का इस संविधान के उपबंधों के अनुसार चलाया जाना सुनिश्चित करे ।
Official text
It shall be the duty of the Union to protect every State against external aggression and internal disturbance and to ensure that the Government of every State is carried on in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.
