COI Article 375 — Courts, authorities and officers to continue to function subject to the provisions of the Constitution

अनुच्छेद 375 — संविधान के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए न्यायालयों, प्राधिकारियों और अधिकारियों का कृत्य करते रहना

भारत के राज्यक्षेत्र में सर्वत्र सिविल, दांडिक और राजस्व अधिकारिता वाले सभी न्यायालय और सभी न्यायिक, कार्यपालक और अनुसचिवीय प्राधिकारी और अधिकारी अपने-अपने कृत्यों को, इस संविधान के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए, करते रहेंगे ।

Official text

All courts of civil, criminal and revenue jurisdiction, all authorities and all officers, judicial, executive and ministerial, throughout the territory of India, shall continue to exercise their respective functions subject to the provisions of this Constitution.
