वह न्यायालय, जिसे डिक्री निष्पादन के लिए भेजी जाती है ऐसी डिक्री पारित करने वाले न्यायालय को ऐसे निष्पादन का तथ्य या जहां पूर्व कथित न्यायालय उसे निष्पादित करने में असफल रहता है वहां ऐसी असफलता की परिस्थितियां प्रमाणित करेगा ।
Official text
The Court to which a decree is sent for execution shall certify to the Court which passed it the fact of such execution, or where the former Court fails to execute the same the circumstances attending such failure.
