महाधिवक्ता को धारा 9] और धारा 92 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग प्रेसिडेंसी नगरों से बाहर राज्य सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से कलक्टर या ऐसा अधिकारी भी कर सकेगा जिसे राज्य सरकार इस निमित्त नियुक्त करे ।
