यदि स्वीकृति या पेश करने की सूचना ऐसी दस्तावेजों को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जो आवश्यक नहीं है तो उसके कारण हुए खर्चे ऐसी सूचना देने वाले पक्षकार द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे ।

If a notice to admit or produce specifies documents which are not necessary, the costs occasioned thereby shall be borne by the party giving such notice.
