न्यायालय वाद के किसी भी प्रक्रम में ऐसी किसी भी दस्तावेज को, जिसे वह विसंगत या अन्यथा अग्राह्म समझता है, ऐसे नामंजूर करने के आधारों को अभिलिखित करके नामंजूर कर सकेगा ।
Official text
The Court may at any stage of the suit reject any document which it considers irrelevant or otherwise inadmissible, recording the grounds of such rejection.
