इस आदेश के नियम 2 के प्रयोजनों के लिए तारीखें नियत करने या समय सीमाएं तय करने में न्यायालय यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि बहस प्रथम मामला प्रबंधन सुनवाई की तारीख से छह मास तक पूरी हो जाए ।

In fixing dates or setting time limits for the purposes of Rule 2 of this Order, the Court shall ensure that the arguments are closed not later than six months from the date of the first Case Management Hearing. * Ins. by Act 4 of 2016, s. 16 and Sch., Shall be applicable to commercial disputes of a specified value (w.e.f. 23-10-2015).
