CPC Order 20 Rule 4 — Judgments of Small Cause Courts
आदेश 20 नियम 4 — न्यायालय साक्ष्य नियंत्रित कर सकेगा

(1) न्यायालय, निदेशों द्वारा, ऐसे विवाद्यकों के बारे में, जिनमें साक्ष्य अपेक्षित है, साक्ष्य को और ऐसे रीति को, जिससे ऐसा साक्ष्य न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जा सकेगा, विनियमित कर सकेगा ।
(2) न्यायालय, स्वविवेकानुसार और ऐसे कारणों से, जो लेखबद्ध किए जाएं, ऐसे साक्ष्य को अपवर्जित कर सकेगा, जो पक्षकारों द्वारा अन्यथा पेश किया जाए ।

(1) Judgments of a Court of Small Causes need not contain more than the points for determination and the decision thereon.
(2) Judgments of other Courts.—Judgments of other Courts shall contain a concise statement of the case, the points for determination, the decision thereon, and the reasons for such decision. 15. Court to state its decision on each issue.—In suits in which issues have been framed, the Court shall state its finding or decision, with the reasons therefor, upon each separate issue, unless the finding upon any one or more of the issue is sufficient for the decision of the suit.
