CPC Order 21 Rule 12 — Application for attachment of movable property not in judgment-debtor’s possession
आदेश 21 नियम 12 — ऐसी जंगम सम्पत्ति की कुर्की के लिए आवेदन जो निर्णीतऋणी के कब्जे में नहीं है

जहां किसी ऐसी जंगम सम्पत्ति की कुर्की के लिए आवेदन किया गया है जो निर्णीतऋणी की है किन्तु उसके कब्जे में नहीं है वहां डिक्रीदार उस सम्पत्ति का जिसकी कुर्की की जानी है युक्तियुक्त रूप से यथार्थ वर्णन अन्तर्विष्ट करने वाली एक सम्पत्ति तालिका आवेदन के साथ उपाबद्ध करेगा ।

Where an application is made for the attachment of any movable property belonging to a judgment-debtor but not in his possession, the decree-holder shall annex to the application an inventory of the property to be attached, containing a reasonably accurate description of the same.
