जहां स्थावर सम्पत्ति दो या अधिक न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर स्थित एक सम्पदा या भूधृति के रूप में है वहां पूरी सम्पदा या भूधृति को ऐसे न्यायालयों में से कोई भी एक न्यायालय कुर्क कर सकेगा और उसका विक्रय कर सकेगा ।

Where immovable property forms one estate or tenure situate within the local limits of the jurisdiction of two or more Courts, any one of such Courts may attach and sell the entire estate or tenure.
