आदेश 21 नियम 42 — भाटक या अन्तःकालीन लाभों या तत्पश्चात् अन्य बातों के लिए, जिसकी रकम बाद में अवधारित होनी है, डिक्री की दशा में कुर्की

जहां डिक्री भाटक या अन्तःकालीन लाभों या किसी अन्य बात के लिए जांच निर्दिष्ट करती है वहां निर्णीतऋणी की सम्पत्ति इसके पूर्व कि निर्णीतऋणी द्वारा शोध्य रकम अभिनिश्चित कर ली गई हो ऐसे कुर्क की जा सकेगी जैसे धन के संदाय की मामूली डिक्री की दशा में कुर्की की जा सकती है ।

Where a decree directs an inquiry as to rent or mesne profits or any other matter, the property of the judgment-debtor may, before the amount due from him has been ascertained, be attached, as in the case of an ordinary decree for the payment of money.
