CPC Order 21 Rule 56 — Order for payment of coin or currency notes to party entitled under decree
आदेश 21 नियम 56 — डिक्री के अधीन हकदार पक्षकार को सिक्के या करेन्सी नोटों का संदाय किए जाने का आदेश

जहां कुर्क की गई सम्पत्ति चालू सिक्का है या करेन्सी नोट है वहां न्यायालय कुर्की के चालू रहने के दौरान किसी भी समय निदेश दे सकेगा कि ऐसा सिक्का या ऐसे नोट या उनका उतना भाग जितना डिक्री की तुष्टि के लिए पर्याप्त हो, उस पक्षकार को दे दिया जाए जो डिक्री के अधीन उसे पाने का हकदार है ।

Where the property attached is current coin or currency notes, the Court may, at any time during the continuance of the attachment, direct that such coin or notes, or a part thereof sufficient to satisfy the decree, be paid over to the party entitled under the decree to receive the same.
