आदेश 21 नियम 7 — डिक्री आदि की प्रतियां प्राप्त करने वाला न्यायालय उन्हें सबूत के बिना फाइल कर लेगा

वह न्यायालय जिसे डिक्री ऐसे भेजी गई है, ऐसी प्रतियों और प्रमाणपत्रों को उस डिक्री या आदेश के जो निष्पादन के लिए है या उसकी प्रतियों के किसी अतिरिक्त सबूत के बिना, फाइल कर लेगा यदि वह उन विशेष कारणों से, जो लेखबद्ध किए जाएंगे और जिन पर न्यायाधीश के हस्ताक्षर होंगे, ऐसे सबूत की अपेक्षा न करे ।

The Court to which a decree is so sent shall cause such copies and certificates to be filed, without any further proof of the decree or order for execution, or of the copies thereof, unless the Court, for any special reasons to be recorded under the hand of the Judge, requires such proof. 2.
