जहां वह न्यायालय जिसे डिक्री निष्पादन के लिए भेजी गई है उच्च न्यायालय है वहां डिक्री ऐसे न्यायालय द्वारा उसी रीति से निष्पादित की जाएगी मानो वह ऐसे न्याया लय द्वारा अपनी मामूली आरम्भिक सिविल अधिकारिता के प्रयोग में पारित की गई थी ।

Where the Court to which the decree is sent for execution is a High Court, the decree shall be executed by such Court in the same manner as if it had been passed by such Court in the exercise of its ordinary original civil jurisdiction. Application for execution
