आदेश 23 नियम 2 — परिसीमा विधि पर पहले वाद का प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा

अन्तिम पूर्ववर्ती नियम के अधीन दी गई अनुज्ञा पर संस्थित किसी भी नए वाद में वादी परिसीमा विधि द्वारा उसी रीति से आबद्ध होगा मानो प्रथम वाद संस्थित नहीं किया गया हो ।
Official text
In any fresh suit instituted on permission granted under the last preceding rule, the plaintiff shall be bound by the law of limitation in the same manner as if the first suit had not been instituted.
