जो व्यक्ति कमीशन निकालने वाले न्यायालय की अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर निवास करता है उसकी परीक्षा करने के लिए कमीशन किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के नाम निकाला जा सकेगा जिसे न्यायालय उसका निष्पादन करने के लिए ठीक समझे ।
Official text
A commission for the examination of a person who resides within the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Court issuing the same may be issued to any person whom the Court thinks fit to execute it.
