सरकार द्वारा या थ[उसके विरुद्ध] वादों में, वादपत्र में वादी या प्रतिवादी का नाम, वर्णन और निवास का स्थान अन्तःस्थापित करने के बजाय '[वह समुचित नाम जो धारा 79 में उपबन्धित है] **** अन्तःस्थापित करना पर्याप्त होगा ।

In suits by or 4[against the Government], instead of inserting in the plaint the name and description and place of residence of the plaintiff or defendant, it shall be sufficient to insert 3[the appropriate name as provided in section 79 5***.]
