आदेश 30 नियम 6 — भागीदारों की उपसंजाति

जहां व्यक्तियों पर भागीदारों की हैसियत में उनकी फर्म के नाम में वाद लाया जाता है वहां वे स्वयं अपने-अपने नाम से व्यष्टित: उपसंजात होंगे, किन्तु पश्चात्वर्ती सभी कार्यवाहियां तब भी फर्म के नाम से चालू रहेंगी ।

Where persons are sued as partners in the name of their firm, they shall appear individually in their own names, but all subsequent proceedings shall, nevertheless, continue in the name of the firm.
