आदेश 32A नियम 4 — कल्याण विशेषज्ञ से सहायता

ऐसे प्रत्येक वाद या कार्यवाही में जिसे यह आदेश लागू होता है न्यायालय को इस आदेश के नियम 3 द्वारा अधिरोपित कृत्यों के निर्वहन में न्यायालय की सहायता के प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसे व्यक्ति की सेवाएं (विशेषकर महिला की सेवा, यदि उपलक्य हो) चाहे वह पक्षकारों का नातेदार हो या न हो, इसके अन्तर्गत कुटुम्ब के कल्याण की प्रोन्नति में वृत्तिक तौर पर लगा हुआ व्यक्ति भी है जिसे न्यायालय ठीक समझे, प्राप्त करने की स्वतंत्रता होगी ।

In every suit or proceeding to which this Order applies, it shall be open to the Court to secure the services of such person (preferably a woman where available), whether related to the parties or not, including a person professionally engaged in promoting the welfare of the family as the Court may think fit, for the purpose of assisting the Court in discharging the functions imposed by rule 3 of this Order.
