वस्तु का मूल्य कहां कथित करना होगा--जहां करार किसी सम्पत्ति के परिदान के लिए या किसी विशिष्ट कार्य को करने से विरत रहने के लिए है वहां जो सम्पत्ति परिदत्त की जानी है या जिसके प्रति विनिर्दिष्ट कार्य का निर्देश है, उसका प्राक्कलित मूल्य करार में कथित किया जाएगा ।

Where the agreement is for the delivery of any property, or for the doing, or the refraining from doing, any particular act, the estimated value of the property to be delivered, or to which the act specified has reference, shall be stated in the agreement.
