किसी निगम को निर्दिष्ट व्यादेश न केवल निगम पर ही आबद्धकर होगा बल्कि निगम के उन सभी सदस्यों और अधिकारियों पर भी आबद्धकर होगा जिनके वैयक्तिक कार्य को अवरुद्ध करने के लिए वह चाहा गया है ।
