CPC Order 41 Rule 12 — Day for hearing appeal

आदेश 41 नियम 12 — अपील की सुनवाई के लिए दिन

(1) यदि अपील न्यायालय नियम ! के अधीन अपील को खारिज न कर दे तो वह अपील की सुनवाई के लिए दिन नियत करेगा ।

Official text

(1) Unless the Appellate Court dismisses the appeal under rule 11, it shall fix a day for hearing the appeal. [(2) Such day shall be fixed with reference to the current business of the Court.]
