आदेश 41 नियम 26 — निष्कर्ष और साक्ष्य का अभिलेख में सम्मिलित किया जाना । निष्कर्ष पर आक्षेप

(1) ऐसा साक्ष्य और ऐसे निष्कर्ष वाद के अभिलेख का भाग होंगे और दोनों पक्षकारों में से कोई भी ऐसे समय के भीतर जो अपील न्यायालय द्वारा नियत किया जाएगा, किसी भी निष्कर्ष के प्रति आक्षेपों का ज्ञापन उपस्थापित कर सकेगा ।
(2) अपील का अवधारण--ऐसे ज्ञापन के उपस्थापित किए जाने के लिए इस प्रकार नियत की गई अवधि के अवसान के पश्चात् अपील न्यायालय अपील का अवधारण करने के लिए अग्रसर होगा ।

(1) Such evidence and findings shall form part of the record in the suit; and either party may, within a time to be fixed by the Appellate Court, present a memorandum of objections to any finding.
(2) Determination of appeal.—After the expiration of the period so fixed for presenting such memorandum the Appellate Court shall proceed to determine the appeal.
