CPC Order 45 Rule 3 — Certificate as to value or fitness
आदेश 45 नियम 3 — मूल्य या औचित्य के बारे में प्रमाणपत्र

[(1) हर अर्जी में अपील के आधार कथित होंगे और ऐसे प्रमाणपत्र के लिए प्रार्थना होगी कि--
(1) मामले में सामान्य महत्व का सारवान् विधि-प्रश्न अन्तर्गस्त है, तथा
(7) न्यायालय की राय में उक्त प्रश्न का विनिश्चय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा किया जाना आवश्यक है ।]
(2) न्यायालय ऐसी अर्जी की प्राप्ति पर निदेश देगा कि विरोधी पक्षकार पर इस सूचना की तामील की जाए कि वह यह हेतुक दर्शित करे कि उक्त प्रमाणपत्र क्यों न दे दिया जाए ।

5[(1) Every petition shall state the grounds of appeal and pray for a certificate—
(i) that the case involves a substantial question of law of general importance, and
(ii) that in the opinion of the Court the said question needs to be decided by the Supreme Court.]
(2) Upon receipt of such petition, the Court shall direct notice to be served on the opposite party to show cause why the said certificate should not be granted.
