CPC Order 47 Rule 6 — Application where rejected
आदेश 47 नियम 6 — आवेदन कब नामंजूर किया जाएगा

(1) जहां पुनर्विलोकन का आवेदन एक से अधिक न्यायाधीशों द्वारा सुना जाता है और न्यायालय राय में बराबर बंटा हो वहां आवेदन नामंजूर किया जाएगा ।
(2) जहां बहुमत है वहां विनिश्चय बहुमत की राय के अनुसार होगा ।

Official text
(1) Where the application for a review is heard by more than one Judge and the Court is equally divided, the application shall be rejected.
(2) Where there is a majority, the decision shall be according to the opinion of the majority.
