उन सभी आदेशों, सूचनाओं और अन्य दस्तावेजों की तामील जिनका किसी व्यक्ति को दिया जाना या किसी व्यक्ति पर तामील किया जाना इस संहिता द्वारा अपेक्षित है, उस रीति से की जाएगी जो समन की तामील के लिए उपबन्धित है ।

All orders, notices and other documents required by this Code to be given to or served on any person shall be served in the manner provided for the service of summons.
