उपसंजाति और उत्तर के लिए समन में प्रतिवादी को आदेश होगा कि वह अपने कब्जे या शक्ति में की ऐसी ![आदेश 8 के नियम क में विनिर्दिष्ट सब दस्तावेजों या उनकी प्रतियों] को पेश करे जिन पर अपने मामले के समर्थन में निर्भर करने का उसका आशय है ।

The summons to appear and answer shall order the defendant to produce 3[all documents or copies thereof specified in rule l A of Order VIII] in his possession or power upon which he intends to rely in support of his case.
