उन सभी मामलों में जिनमें अभिवचन करने वाला पक्षकार किसी दुर््यपदेशन, कपट, न्यास-भंग, जानबूझकर किए गए व्यतिक्रम या असम्यक् असर के अभिवाक् पर निर्भर करता है, और अन्य सभी मामलों में, जिनमें उन विशिष्टियों के अलावा विशिष्टियां जो पूर्वोक्त प्ररूपों में उदाहरणस्वरूप दर्शित की गई हैं, आवश्यक हों अभिवचन में वे विशिष्टियां (यदि आवश्यक हो तो तारीखें और मदों के सहित) कथित की जाएंगी ।

In all cases in which the party pleading relies on any misrepresentation, fraud, breach of trust, wilful default, or undue influence, and in all other cases in which particulars may be necessary beyond such as are exemplified in the forms aforesaid, particulars (with dates and items if necessary) shall be stated in the pleading.
