किसी भी अभिवचन में दावे का कोई नया आधार या तथ्य का कोई अभिकथन, जो उसका अभिवचन करने वाले पक्षकार के पूर्वतन अभिवचनों से असंगत हो, बिना संशोधन किए न तो उठाया जाएगा और न अन्तर्विष्ट होगा ।

No pleading shall, except by way of amendment, raise any new ground of claim or contain any allegation of fact inconsistent with the previous pleadings of the party pleading the same.
