CPC Order 7 Rule 4 — When plaintiff sues as representative
आदेश 7 नियम 4 — जब वादी प्रतिनिधि के रूप में वाद लाता है

जहां वादी प्रतिनिधि की हैसियत में वाद लाता है वहां वादपत्र में न केवल यह दर्शित होगा कि उसका विषय-वस्तु में वास्तविक विद्यमान हित है, वरन् यह भी दर्शित होगा कि उससे सम्पृक्त वाद के संस्थित करने के लिए उसको समर्थ बनाने के लिए आवश्यक कदम (यदि कोई हो) वह उठा चुका है ।

Where the plaintiff sues in a representative character the plaint shall show not only that he has an actual existing interest in the subject-matter, but that he has taken the steps (if any) necessary to enable him to institute a suit concerning it.
