Full text (English)

Whoever belongs to any gang of persons associated in habitually committing theft or robbery, and not being a gang of dacoits, shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. Of criminal misappropriation of property

पूरा पाठ (हिंदी)

जो कोई, ऐसे व्यक्तियों की टोली का है, जो अभ्यासत: चोरी या लूट करने से सहयुक्त हों और वह टोली डाकुओं की टोली नहीं है, वह कठिन कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने का भी दायी होगा ।
