Full text (English)
(a) When it is uncertain in which of several local areas an offence was committed; or
(b) where an offence is committed partly in one local area and partly in another; or
(c) where an offence is a continuing one, and continues to be committed in more local areas than one; or
(d) where it consists of several acts done in different local areas, it may be inquired into or tried by a Court having jurisdiction over any of such local areas.

(क) जहां यह अनिश्चित है कि कई स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में से किसमें अपराध किया गया है ; या
(ख) जहां अपराध अंशत: एक स्थानीय क्षेत्र में और अंशत: किसी दूसरे में किया गया है ; या
(ग) जहां अपराध चालू रहने वाला है और उसका किया जाना एक से अधिक
स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में चालू रहता है ; या
(घ) जहां वह विभिन्न स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में किए गए कई कार्यों से मिलकर बनता है, वहां उसकी जांच या विचारण ऐसे स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में से किसी पर अधिकारिता रखने वाले न्यायालय द्वारा किया जा सकेगा ।
