Full text (English)
Every High Court shall so exercise its superintendence over the Courts of Session and Courts of Judicial Magistrates subordinate to it as to ensure that there is an expeditious and proper disposal of cases by the Judges and Magistrates.

प्रत्येक उच्च न्यायालय अपने अधीनस्थ सेशन न्यायालयों और न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेटों के न्यायालयों पर अपने अधीक्षण का प्रयोग इस प्रकार करेगा जिससे यह सुनिश्चित हो जाए कि ऐसे न्यायाधीशों और मजिस्ट्रेटों द्वारा मामलों का निपटारा शीघ्र और उचित रूप से किया जाए ।
