संविधान (सातवां संशोधन) अधिनियम, 956 की धारा 29 और अनुसूची द्वारा (--956 से) लोप किया गया ।
397. [कुछ आकस्मिकताओं में पहली और चाौँथी अनुसूची का संशोधन करने की राष्ट्रपति की शक्ति]-- संविधान (सातवां संशोधन) अधिनियम, 956 की धारा 29 और अनुसूची द्वारा (--956 से) लोप किया गया ।
