Transfer of decree to Court in another State
Full text (English)
Where a decree is sent for execution in another State, it shall be sent to such Court and executed in such manner as may be prescribed by rules in force in that State.
पूरा पाठ (हिंदी)
जहां डिक्री किसी अन्य राज्य में निष्पादन के लिए भेजी जाती है वहां वह ऐसे न्यायालय को भेजी जाएगी, और ऐसी रीति से निष्पादित की जाएगी जो उस राज्य में प्रवृत्त नियमों द्वारा विहित की जाए ।
