Full text (English)
Every transferee of a decree shall hold the same subject to the equities (if any) which the judgment-debtor might have enforced against the original decree-holder.

डिक्री का हर अन्तरिती, उसे उन साम्याओं के (यदि कोई हों) अधीन रहते हुए धारण करेगा जिन्हें निर्णीत- ऋणी मूल डिक्रीदार के विरुद्ध प्रवर्तित करा सकता था ।
