Full text (English)
The sum so paid into Court shall be tendered to the person summoned, at the time of serving the summons, if it can be served personally.

यदि समन की तामील समनित व्यक्ति पर वैयक्तिक रूप से की जा सकती है तो समन की तामील करते समय वह राशि जो न्यायालय में ऐसे जमा की गई है, समनित व्यक्ति को निविदत्त की जाएगी
